Questions about pricing
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them or delete the account. They are not refundable.
What happens to my documents if I downgrade?
Nothing. Your documents and codes stay verifiable. You lose Pro-only features such as new certificates and audit-trail exports, and new codes count against the Basic allowance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards and the wallets supported by Stripe in your country. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never touch our servers.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment produces an invoice you can download from Manage Billing on your subscription page.
